Fusion GL Upload budget and actual via Smartview

Fusion GL Upload budget and actual via Smartview
I'm loading Budget Data through Smartview as mentioned in Support note: Steps For Loading Budget Data Using Smart View (Doc.ID 1405558.1) and i can upload Budget in Smartview, but not upload Actuals".
If anyone know the how-to, Could you please share with us?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi Jordon,
Uploading budgets using Smart View is no longer allowed. Budgets should be uploaded using the file-based data import functionality.
